This graduate program prepares students to enter or advance in the field of industrial-organizational psychology and allied disciplines. Students will receive thorough grounding in the field’s major theoretical frameworks, consulting and other professional practice models, 和个人, team and organizational research methods. 研究生s of the program assume leadership roles in industrial-organizational psychology in small, 媒介, and large organizations in a variety of fields such as technology, 药品, 医疗设备, 娱乐, or work in global consulting firms servicing US and international clients. This program is a STEM-designated degree program.
The skills students acquire throughout the course of their studies prepare graduates to assume leadership roles in industrial-organizational psychology in small, 媒介, and large organizations in a variety of fields — technology, 药品, 医疗设备, 娱乐 — or work at global consulting firms. 研究生s are also well-prepared to pursue doctoral study in industrial-organizational psychology and related disciplines.
入学要求
- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited US institution or the equivalent from a recognized foreign (outside the US) institution, and provide official transcripts.
- Applicants whose native language is not English must meet the English Language Proficiency 入学要求.
- Applicants with an undergraduate GPA below 2.50 should submit a statement of purpose and a resume.
The statement of purpose should address the circumstances that may have led the applicants to poor academic performance, what had changed and why they think they’ll be successful now.

The Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational 心理学 requires completion of 33 units in the advanced program, with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.00 or better in courses taken at 立博中文版 that are applicable to the program’s requirements.
